One Account Per Player

General Terms

Definitions
- "Platform" means the 3333app website at https://3333app.club, including all games, betting markets, account features, and associated services.
- "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration with 3333app.
- "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all 3333app wallet balances are denominated.

Section 2
Account Registration
To access real-money games and betting markets on 3333app, you must register a player account. Registration is open to individuals who are (a) aged 18 years or older, (b) located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited, and (c) not currently self-excluded from 3333app or any affiliated platform.

You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. 3333app staff will never request your password under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
Identity Verification (KYC)
3333app conducts KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence issued in Bangladesh), a recent proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of the request being made may result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.
All identity documents submitted to 3333app are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with unaffiliated third parties.
Section 3
Age Restriction & Verification
By registering an account on 3333app, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. 3333app reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where account activity gives rise to a reasonable suspicion that the account holder may be under 18.
Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, or where 3333app determines that an account holder is or was under 18 years of age at the time of registration, the account will be suspended immediately. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned where this is technically and legally practicable. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety and will not be paid out under any circumstances.

Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 3333app are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied by 3333app. The amount deposited in BDT is credited in full to your gaming wallet, subject to the minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to your chosen payment method.

Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. 3333app does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed following successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Bank card withdrawals follow standard interbank processing timelines.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. 3333app reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed applicable thresholds. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where a compliance, fraud, or responsible gaming review is in progress.
Inactive Account Balances
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or financial transaction for a continuous period of 12 months. 3333app reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to accounts that remain inactive beyond this period, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied. Reactivating the account by logging in will halt further inactivity fees.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotions Terms
3333app offers promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that offer only.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds credited to your 3333app account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and time limit are stated on the individual promotion page. Wagering progress is displayed in real time on your account dashboard.
Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated for the promotion. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering at the expiry of the time limit will be removed from the account balance automatically.
General Bonus Conditions
- Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the offer terms expressly state otherwise.
- Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
- 3333app reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
- Players who 3333app reasonably determines are exploiting bonus structures — including by placing low-risk combinations of bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent — may have bonus funds voided and withdrawal requests reviewed.
- Deposit bonuses are calculated based on the qualifying deposit amount up to the maximum stated in the promotion. Only one deposit bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion states otherwise.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of maintaining an account on 3333app, you agree to use the platform in good faith and solely for personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform in any manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to 3333app, other players, or third parties.
Prohibited Activities
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 3333app and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or another person's identity.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to manual users.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds to place bets that 3333app would not otherwise have offered.
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
- Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent KYC documents, or impersonating another individual.
- Charging back a deposit via your bank or mobile money provider after using the deposited funds for gaming.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law.
- Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing another individual to operate your account.
3333app monitors account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, 3333app reserves the right to suspend account access, place a temporary hold on withdrawals, and conduct an investigation. The outcome of any such investigation is final and binding on the player.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
Players may request the closure of their 3333app account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 3333app will process the closure within a reasonable period, provided that no outstanding bets, pending withdrawals, or active compliance reviews are in progress. Any Real Money Fund balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method.
3333app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct has been detected; (c) the account has failed KYC verification; (d) the player is found to be under 18 years of age; or (e) 3333app is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
Where an account is closed by 3333app due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Funds may be withheld for a period not exceeding 90 days pending the outcome of any compliance or fraud investigation. Where no liability is established following investigation, Real Money Funds will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion with no option to reactivate. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked, no marketing communications will be sent, and any attempts to open new accounts will be declined.

Section 8
Limitation of Liability
3333app provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is accessible and functions correctly at all times, we do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failures, and factors outside our reasonable control may affect platform availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3333app shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any technical fault, error, or interruption affecting game outcomes; (c) delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or partner banks; (d) unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials; or (e) reliance on any information published on the platform.
In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome, an incorrect odds display, or an erroneous bonus credit, 3333app reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the account to its state immediately prior to the error. Where this is not technically possible, 3333app will make reasonable efforts to reach a fair resolution with the affected player.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 3333app's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3333app platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and trade marks — is the property of 3333app or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 3333app.
Governing Language & Disputes
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute relating to your 3333app account, these Terms, or any transaction conducted on the platform, you should contact [email protected] in the first instance. 3333app will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. The decisions of 3333app on matters within its operational control are final and binding.
